Here is the frame. I filled all the unnecessary holes in the frame rails. It was then sandblasted and primed with Mastercoat® Moisture Cured Urethane. Multiple coats totaling at least 8 mils thick.



Here the chassis has the drivetrain installed. A TH 350 trans, and a NP 205 T case. Double shocks all around. The frame was sprayed with black enamel. It was then sprayed with 2 clear coats of Mastercoat® Moisture Cured Urethane Top Coat, followed by 3 coats of Mastercoat® Clear MCU.





This is me standing next to the Monte with tiny car tires on it. We had 39" Super Swampers for it. I'm 6' 3", so you judge how tall it would have been!


 

Here you can see where we planned on cutting the fenders for the tilt nose.

The sad part is this vehicle was never finished! All the parts were sold, and the car junked!
